Hospital Service Accountability Agreements

H-SAA 2008-2013
The Hospital Accountability Agreement (H-SAA) is a requirement under the Ministry-LHIN Performance Agreement and the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006. The H-SAA defines the accountabilities and performance expectations of health service provider organizations. As of April 1, 2008, Ontario hospitals have signed accountability agreements with their respective LHINs.
